Lose Baby Weight...

I gave birth to a beautiful baby girl in Dec. 2013. I have about 45 lbs to lose... My goal is to get back to the weight that I was when I got married about 2 1/2 yrs ago which was around 135. I'm currently 180 lbs after giving birth. before getting pregnant I weight 170 so I only gained about 10 lbs.. I gained alot of weight in the 2 1/2 yrs because of the birth control and also eating out alot with the hubby on weekends, and also when I had a MC in 2012.

I'm still recovering from my delivery, but once I'm better I am determined to lose the 45 lbs and get back in shape like I was previously.

What I plan to do to lose the weight:

Eat healthy
Exercise (Jillian Micheals videos, gym, walking... )
No eating out....

I am determine to do this for my baby girl because I want her to be proud of her mommy.
