I've heard that keeping a food diary is the best way to lose weight but never really bought into the idea. But this program made it so easy that I had a hard time coming up with a reason not to try it. I even downloaded the ap to my iPhone. It has changed the way I eat. In the past I would skip breakfast, sometimes lunch, and begin eating at 2-3 p.m. and eat until bedtime. When I reached 195lbs. I knew I had to either change or I would soon be surpassing the 200 mark. I've turned that around now. The goal is to lose another 30 pounds by June. Just eating healthy. Salads, yogurts, veggies, and cut back on the sugars & carbs. It helps to read about all the success others have had. It keeps me motivated.
