I take 3 romaine hearts, 1 celery, 1 bag of radish, 1 leek, 1/4 of a big red cabbage and carrots.
It makes five (3) cups plastic containers.
How much vegetable portion would be in a 3 cup plastic container?

Serving of veggies is typically 1 cup, so I guess 3 servings?0

Lettuce is 2 cups per veggie serving
Carrots, celery, radishes, etc. are all 1/2 per serving. Your best bet is to measure it out before you combine it and then you know for sure.0 -
"cup"?
What is a cup lol, two huge handfuls of kale for me looks like almost 3 cups until I compress it down and then it makes maybe a cup and a half. Is there a weight measurement I can go by?
If my two huge handfuls of kale is considered one serving I'm seriously screwed on my veggies for the day.0
