new to site, not to dieting

HI I am new to this site but surely not new to dieting. Here we go again, I have heard good things about this website and its a great tool so far! Please support me on my journey through weight loss.

    Welcome. Thought I'd let you know that this realy works. Having spent years working on the same 10 pounds I've lost 22 now and am at a slow and steady pace of 5 pound off a month. Works for me. Just keep yourself honest. Record it even when it is not flattering. Use this as a learning tool. If you get discouraged ask for help. Good to have you.
