Does anyone know if natural sodium is as bad for you as "regular" sodium, like table salt? I love celery but it is high in sodium but I wondered if natural occurring sodium is like natural occurring sugar--not as bad as refined stuff? I can't find much about it on the 'net and was hoping maybe someone might have some clue.

I am making a big assumption but I assume natural like celery is more than fine. I have noticed my sodium high on days I eat processed, but healty food, lots of vegetarian foods are high in sodium...like spinach bites...
