Metabolism Boosting days are awesome! XD

I refuse to call them cheat days because that implies that they're detrimental when, in fact, they're helping my weight loss!

I've been eating "lightish" during the week (and by that I mean, eating breakfast for a change, packing a lunch, cooking at home, and not getting fast food), and then on date night we go out and eat something big. (BLT on giant texas toast! Also water. XD)

Losing a little less than a lb a week! The morning after my stomach was actually flatter than normal, ha ha.

Anyone else notice this happening to them?
