Chorizo and chickpea soup!

Just add loads of veg (whatever you fancy really, i do carrot, onions celery and cabbage), Garlic, tin of tomatoes followed by tin of water from same tin, good amount of chorizo (to taste), seasoning (salt, pepper, chilli and Paprika) tin of chickpeas cook till everything looks soft and ready. Easy Peasy.

love using chickpeas in my soups, you can roast them as well and my personal favorite hummus. mmm The possibilities are endless.
