WHOOOOOPPPSSSSS!!!!!

Just needed to tell you all i have had a totally BAD day and i now feel horribly sick!! :sick:
I have not been able to get on here for just over a week which was torture AND during that week i had a VERY stressful week at court (long story-but it wasn't me on trial!!) so i didn't exercise, didn't eat too badly but still, really felt like crap for not exercising.
THEN my TOM decided to arrive yesterday and i managed to curb the cravings bit, but today is a different story!!! I had a jam doughnut at work and that was it! Flood gates opened! I had lasagna for dinner then lots of tortilla chips and salsa and then lots of fizzy sweets!!!
Now i feel ill and it serves me right!!
I haven't had this bad of a day since i started this in October!!! :sad:

Amanda, Id say one bad day in 6 months aint bad. I just started this week-right before my TOM. I want to eat junk AND I dont feel well enough to exercise. Im just trying to eat healthier junk ( fiber 1 bars, not candy bars!) and ride it out these next couple days. I just pick a great time to try to start losing weight!

OMG, I just checked your profile and you have done awesome! I can really relate to your story, I keep gaining and losing over and over. The fact is I get thin, I get complacent, I tell myself some fairytale about that "I wont gain weight as long as I dont eat meat", cause I just happened to cut out red meat the last time I lost. So now Im vegetarian and 25lbs over where I was last summer. The evilness is that for a while there were no repercussions, I went on for about 2-3 month eating sweets and not gaining. Well it caught up with me. So meat or no meat, cookies still=fat!0

Thanks everyone! I know it will be ok! I will be right back on track tomorrow, i'm sure we all need these kind of days really to show us that the food we crave is not really all that good!
I just ran upstairs to my husband and gave him the bag of fizzy sweets and told him to hide them from me!! :laugh:

Yeah, i think with me it is exercise! I do it when i HAVE to when, ie when i am trying to lose weight, then i get to my goal and think, oh well i don't need to exercise as much anymore, and the same thing, for a while it is ok, i maintian my weight by not exercising at all! Then it catches up with me and wham! back where i started! THAT is NOT going to happen this time, especially as i have a dog now who i just LOVE going on long walks with!0 -

Shrug it off- we all have weak moments. It is best to recognize them and work on how often we have them. I am 36 and just getting married for the first time. A huge deal for me and my family. I was always pretty fit and then I was diagnosed with Plantar Faciatis in both feet (Lots of Pain standing and Walking), which has laid me up for 5 months. I have put on 34 lbs in this short time, I think the weight is all due to Happiness and lack of activitiy. I started to get down on myself , which made things worse. Once I decided to get back on track- things started looking up. So Stick In There Girl! You Can Do It! Tia0
