right ok ive desided :indifferent:
ive had it, ive had enough!!! :mad:
my unexpected 3 weeks training took me off track eating badly no time to work out ect ect :explode:
but now? :indifferent:
NO MORE!:happy:
SOME THINGS GOTTA GIVE!!
ive finaly lost my 2 stuborn pounds that ive been fighting with for like a month :heart: :smile:
so now that i have the mout the way now im looking for a lose EVERY WEEK!
NO EXUSES!!!!!!!!!!!!! :noway:
ANY SPARE TIME I HAVE IL BE WORKING OUT WETHER IT BE AT THE GYM OR SOME CRUNCHES A DONT CARE!
if i can only fit in 20 crunches 1 day whats wrong with that??? NOTHING
im still working out no matter how small right?

the reason for this is because me and my partner :heart: have been looking for a holiday to turkey
and lets face it i wana look :smokin: HOTTTTTTTT
i want to wear a bikini and feel good about wearing it not self conciouse and feeling like *kitten*!! no what a mean??? :blushing:
it would be fab for me to maybe loose like 25pounds to 30 pounds by may 2011
now that may not seem like much to some but ive never lost any weight bofore in my life untill now!

    Good attitude!

    My tips:

    1) I post pictures of the body type I am looking forward to looking like everywhere... in my room, in the bathroom, in the fridge, in my phone. See examples in my profile pictures. I have two runners :)

    This way, I never loose sight of my vision.

    2) I schedule everything else AROUND my workout schedule. Not the other way around. My workout schedule comes first. Well, during this intensive "training" period. I've been doing this for 2.5 months and have lost 17+ lbs! After I meet my goal, then it becomes less of a priority. But right now, it's priority #1... just like you said, something must be done.

    Girlfriend, I'm only 5'3". 17 lbs is a lot of weight on me! :)

    I have to agree with Hlzar My workouts come first. As before everyone else came first........ But now I make it about me!! And for once I feel really,really great about myself!
