So glad I made the decision to start running, join a gym, and lose weight! I was truly shocked when I saw that photo. I still look in the mirror and see a "fat girl" with self-esteem issues. But I'm hanging that old photo of me up, and it's going to be my motivation any time I don't feel like going to the gym. I'm worth staying healthy and fit for!
