If I were to eat a meal with my family, (for example Dolmio spag bol) how would I calculate how many calories my portion would be? Sorry I'm a bit of a noob when it comes to all of this!

Under the foods section where it says recipes you can enter all the ingredients and divide that by number of servings in the recipe.
I've done that when using recipes, it's pretty cool!0 -
Ah thanks so much! Might sound silly but it puts me off trying to be good for some reason. x0

Math.
Calculate how much food you're using. Say whatever you're eating for dinner is 200 calories a serving and you have a quarter of a serving, you just ate 50 calories. Then you eat something else that's 75 calories a serving and you eat three... then you have 225 of that food. Then you add the total of them together... you just ate 275 for dinner. Voila.0
