I just started MyFitnessPal again a little over a month ago. I have tried several times to get healthy/lose weight, but it just hasn't ever STUCK before. This time is different. I've been logging my food on here religiously, and it has really paid off. I gained about 5 pounds over Christmas, which I lost in the first week back on here. Since then, I've lost about 7 more pounds. All in all, I'm down about 12 pounds from where I started. I'm thrilled!! I'm working out as well- about two or three times a week. My biggest struggle is finding the motivation to cook a healthy meal at night. I'm a teacher, so I don't have time to eat anything too crazy during the day, but when I get home all bets are off. Do you guys have any quick/yummy recipes or websites that you use frequently to help you with dinner inspiration??
