logging raw milk

been searching for how to log raw milk. I skim 90% of the cream off the top to make butter/buttermilk and use the rest of the milk for smoothies in the AM. Should I log this as raw skim milk or raw 2% milk and any nutrition info on this so i know what to search for? thanks

It is closer to 2%: "skim" milk goes through more processing than just skimming off the cream.
The nutrition will be similar to processed milk.0 -
