Hi everyone! i picked up some boneless pork cushion meat at the store today because it was on sale. i'm not sure what to do with it though! i don't have much experience cooking with pork besides pork chops. the only thing i can think of using it for is making it in the crockpot following a pork roast recipe but even then i've never made anything like that so your help is appreciated :) thanks!!

lol I had to look up pork cushion - slow roasting is recommended so in a slowcooker it would probably turn out well - I would just make it like any other roast.

Put it in your crockpot with a 1/2 cup of apple cider vinegar, some cinnamon and some nutmeg. Shred it when it is done and serve it on a bun, it a lettuce wrap, or in a rice bowl. Add veggies and some sauce for an easy meal.
