Exercise at home

So I'm a bit of a newbie to intentionally exercising, and I'm still super lazy, out-of-shape, asthmatic, bleh. Anyway, I can't get to a gym right now, and it's ridiculously freezing outside, so it's harder to go for walks. I was wondering what some exercises are that can be done at home without equipment? I do have a yoga mat and use that, but I think of that more as a spiritual thing and it's nice to have a bit of change. Any advice? Thank you!

Go to bodybuilding.com. You can find loads of exercises using body weight only. No equipment needed. Just use the search criteria on the left hand side in the exercises section to refine your search.

Fitness Blender has great home work outs and youtube has TONS of videos... look for Liongate/BeFit on youtube.

    I second FitnessBlender.

I also recommend Zumba and Just Dance if you have access to a Wii/XBox, etc. I only workout at home and don't really have equipment on hand, so I have to find alternative ways to exercise.

YouTube has some videos. Also, 7 minute workout app. Buying a fitness DVD set wouldn't be a bad investment and you can sometimes find then on craigslist.

Tone It Up - My main workout site. I love those girls and they've helped me learn to eat and stay on course. Not just in diet but in exercise as well.
