#brokenankleproblems

So I broke my ankle in 2 places, surgery, plates and screws, a cast, non-weight bearing for 6-8 weeks, the whole nine yards. The worst.

I am by no means sedentary, but am also not working out for the time being. But I know my crutches are doing some good on my upper body and going up and down the stairs on those things is basically one rep of squats (albeit only for one leg).

My question is: how can I weigh myself on my scale if I can't stand properly? The one-legged stand is either too wobbly for an accurate reading or displays a number I think must be too low (unless I've lost 10 pounds in the last 3 weeks). How best can I prop myself up without wobbling or not bearing all of my weight on to the scale?

Inquiring minds...

if you weighed yourself with the crutches on the scale, and weight on crutches wouldnt that work?,,minus weight of crutches.
