    My doctor told me two months ago that I needed to lose 150 pounds. I was making efforts before then but that number shocked and saddened me. That is a person. I need to lose a person! It scared me more than motivated me. Thank you for your story. I just want to get healthy. That is my goal.

    You are an inspiration!! I haven't done a sprint triathlon since 2010....when I slowly, but surely gained back 80lbs. Now it hurts to walk the mile. But after reading this I KNOW I can get back there! Thanks :0)
