I need help with calorie cycling! Please?

I've started cycling my calories today, well it's just one day so far. I have days that I burn lots of calories, guaranteed. And also days where I burn, but not so much.

For example, Mon-Wen-Fri, I do intense cardio, so I usually burn 500-600 calories. Tue-Thu however I do lighter cardio for 30 minutes, and burn 200-300 tops.

Since I will be zigzagging, my question is: what amount of calories goes with which kind of day? Do I raise my calories in the days that I do more intense cardio (Mon-Wen-Fri), and lower them on lighter cardio days? Or the other way round? Thank you!
