I've been using MFP for just over 3 months, and have lost 13 pounds, with 12 to 13 left to go. The weight has come off slowly, a half to one pound a week. I would like to see a little faster drop, like a pound a week. I've read here in the posts that the less you have to lose and the closer you get to your goal the harder the pounds come off.
Currently I work out 5 day a week, I ride my bike 2 days, I'm at 12 miles in 55 minutes and on the other 3, walk - at brisk pace for 3 miles, use my weighted hula hoop for 15 minutes and have recently added jogging, only up to 2 10 min intervals. I eat my exercise calories except for maybe 50 to 100 just in case I've missed calculated something during the day.
Any suggestions for bumping up the weight loss a little would be greatly appreciated - thanks

Greetings! I don't think you should change anything, you're doing so well...congratulations on being half way there!
We are close in age and at his age you're doing really well if you loose a pound a week...my Mother is in her 70s and had been maintaining for awhile now...when she does gain a couple of pounds, she starts back on weight loss calorie range...she can only loose a pound every other week.0 -
reduce your daily allowance a little say by 250 cals per day, that would be an extra 1/2 pound per week. give or take.0
