Hello everyone, I am on a weight loss regime where I started at 191lbs(24% BF), 3 weeks ago, and have a goal for 159lbs(12% BF) by late spring early summer. I am currently eating around 2000 net calories a day after burning on average about 500 calories a gym trip. My problem is after a week of eating right, I crave a ton of food, and not just good food, I mean Tortillas, chips, China Buffet...ect, so every Thursday or Friday I have been eating 4000+ calories and it feels awesome. I mean I leave wanting more and don't feel stuffed like I did back in the 190lb days. I have been losing around 2lbs a week even with my free day. Is this ok? Or is my free day going to hurt me in the long run? Thank you!

If you are still losing 2lbs a week then no I'd keep on with the free day. Or you could simply up your daily calories and have a few daily treats.0
