Hi all!

I just started this app two days ago to help me track my calories, but today is my DAY 37 of Paleo. I have drastically cut down carbs, sugar, and processed foods out of my diet and so far I have lost around 15 pounds over the last 36 days. I currently weigh 169lbs (5'9) and my goal is 150lbs.

Prior to this diet, I was binging on fast food and delivery food for at least 5 times a week. I wasn't obese but it was the first time weighing more than 180lbs. I was very active for most of my life, including 5 years as a US Marine. But my late 20s years resulted in major metabolism changes and bad diet(processed foods, binging, and drinking<I am Korean, can't help it). I am pretty sure the overall unhealthy lifestyle also promoted to my mood swings and laziness.

Even though its only been 37 days since I started my diet, I already see and feel the changes in my body, both mentally and physically. I am more alert, energetic, sleep better, and generally feel great with higher self-esteem.

I hope to continue this healthy lifestyle and better myself. Thanks.
