How to get started

Today i had 2 meals. One was baked salmon with boiled carrots and the other was 2 corn tostadas with can beans.
Also a spoon of peanut butter.

How can i figure out how many calories i eat and protein and so on and so forth.

I basically know its healthy but do t excatly know the right number to watch what i eat.

I took a 15 minute walk and i did a work out for 15 minutes.

I weigh 227 and i need to drop to 192 to qualify for the Army.
