Question about TDEE activity level

This is my schedule for the week

Monday: Fire 45 (from TurboFire - 45 minutes high intensity cardio mixed with HIIT)
Tuesday: Rest day, I go for a 30-45 minutes walk if it is nice outside
Wednesday: ChaLean Extreme (lifting for 30 minutes + abs for 10 minutes + HIIT session of 20 minutes)
Thursday: Fire 45 (from turbo fire... intense cardio mixed with HIIT)
Friday: ChaLean Extreme (lifting program for 30 minutes + abs workout for 10 minutes)
Saturday: 60 minutes cardio (Turbo 55 normally)
Sunday:ChaLean Extreme (lifting for 30 minutes ) + abs workout 10 minutes

Some weeks I have an additional rest day where I go for a walk (3.5-4 mph) for 45 minutes

Would it be moderate, active or lightly active? I work a desk job the rest of the time.
