Frustrated with fruit counts

I'm so frustrated that if I eat a banana and 2 mandarin oranges throughout a day, I'm over on my sugar count. Is that too much fruit to eat? Can you ignore the sugar count because it's "good" sugar? I love fruit (and vegetables) and I don't want to feel guilty for eating it.

Do not stop eating fruit.
No, seriously, don't even think about it.
I always go over my sugar macros because I have two serves of fruit a day with two cups of tea that have two teaspoons of sugar in them. (Wow two, two two!) Fruit is good for you in so SO many ways.0
