Ok what is a good protein powder I can use to make stuff with. I don't want to gain weight or get all ripped I just though of this as an option to help with hunger and keep me fuller longer. any suggestions will be greatly appreciated.

Good thing protein powder won't do either of the things you don't want.
Here's an awesome recipe for pancakes. I use optimum nutrition, myself. Trutein is yummy too.

If you're looking for a protein to cook with and to be slower-digesting, look for a casein protein. Optimum Nutrition, generally speaking, is very well-regarded.0

Pretty sure you can do it with any. I've used cheap banana stuff and also my 100% casein one and both were fine. Granted, the cheap one needed some Nutella0
