Hi everyone,
I'm new to MFP but not to this whole dieting game. I've been trying to shift the stubborn last 10-15lbs of babyweight for months now, and feel like I've been getting nowhere - it seems like I just lose and then regain the same two or three pounds over and over again and it's driving me mad! Part of the problem for me is that I'm hypothyroid, which makes losing weight harder, but my major downfall is grazing on "healthy" but calorific-if-you-eat-the-whole-bag stuff like dried fruit and seeds. I'm really hoping that logging my food might help me resist the urge to graze - particularly if MFP tells me that my innocent bag of pumpkin seeds had ten zillion calories....
