Gaining weight after boot camp?

Hi, I lost about 20-25 pounds during boot camp just recently 160 to 135 and after about 2 weeks of being out and in a school, I am weighing 138-140? I know it's not much, and I am not TOO worried but I was just wanting to clear the air...
I started weight training again and eating my weight in protein per grams and more carbs. I was just wondering if I should be worried? I do not want to put on body fat because I am happy with the fat loss; being 5"7 and never have been able to see my abs this good I would like to keep it this way. I wonder if the exercise + protein and carbs are refilling my glycogen or what ... Any input would be great. Also I haven't been running as much as we did during boot so that also has me worried.
