Introducing myself newbie

Hi
My name is Kim and I am 38 years old , after having my third child and due to problems not being able to go to the gym, I have put on a lot of weight. I have been like this for many years. I have dieted in the past and lost over 8stone for my wedding many years ago, but I felt fab and had bags of confidence and was extremely fit.
I want to be this woman again and not hiding behind extra large clothes I am a size 24 at the moment - I have done it before and now want to do it again . I am not keen on excersize, but once I start and feel good for it, it becomes a bit of an obsession.. I am going to try and loose the weight at home because I don't really like going to the meetings although they are a boost plus I can't really afford it at the moment.
I love to read, and bake - although for others until I've got this weight off. Watch tv, looking after my 3 kids who keep me fairly active , all kinds of music and would love to chat share experiences with others going through it as we'll, why can we send people into space but can't have a fat free Cadbury chocolate bar.
