Not trying to lose or gain any weight -- just improve my overall eating habits and maintain my present weight while firming up. I have to watch my sugar intake and notice that the iPod app has sugar grams but the PC version does not seem to track this? But I just love using Myfitnesspal. I've told so many people about it and have turned at least 4 or 5 others onto this great program. Good luck everyone in reaching your goals!

    Welcome! If you go to "Settings" while in your food diary (it's in the menu strip on the top of the page) you can change what you see in your food diary. Sugar's one of the things you can track. You can have up to 5 things being tracked at once on the website.
