As our traditional diets are so filled with rice, noodles, steamed buns etc......
Give you a scenario. Mum use to moan cause she felt I was putting on a few pounds n not being healthy.
Now she moans cause I'm selective of what I eat n when I eat it. Basically not eating her cooking when I visit LOL.............

Was wondering how do you coup with your eating habits???

Have you completely thrown it away and gone all chicken n salad or have you found a perfect way of balancing it all??
