After having two kids in a year and a half I'm back at getting into shape. I literally ONLY gain weight in my midsection. My legs and arms are still very lean with good muscle tone. I've been tracking my calories like crazy and doing cardio everyday monday-friday. I also do sets of push ups, sit ups, dips, etc everyday. Anyone have any advice for me? Is managing my calories and running everyday the way to go? I tend to lose weight rather quickly once I really get into it.

Yeah because of genetics it looks like that's the spot your body wants to store a majority of fat. If you track your calories with a deficit and track running you will lose weight. The push ups, sit ups, and dips you mentioned are good too. Sounds like you're on the right track,0
