and the strap breaks. Email the customer service and they will replace it free of charge. The plastic part keeps breaking on mine and they said "this is an issue we are tracking" so it must be fairly common. I've only had mine for about a month each time before it breaks and I follow the use instructions to the tee. I have the core, so I don't know if there is a similar issue with the other model.
