What to do when you have completed the 30DS

Do it again!

I completed the 30DS and love it so much that I am doing it again. I am on Day 3 Level 1 and doing all of the advanced versions during the workout. I am also using a little bit heavier weights this time for more resistance. Its great to do it again and really focus on correct form too.

Just wanted to encourage others to do it again! You will be amazed at how much stronger you feel on round 2! :smile:
