Jillian Michaels 30 Day Shred vs Ripped in 30

Hi,
I just finished T25 (Alpha, Betta Gamma) and today I started 30 Day Shred. Unfortunately, I found that workout to be so easy (more like a warm up than a workout) that I followed it by Ripped in 30. After these two combined I did feel like I got a decent workout at the end. But I'm a bit concerned of doing the same workouts 6 days in a row without giving my upper body a break. My abs got an ok workout, but my legs felt like they only got a warm up. Does it change after the Level 1/ Week 1? Has anyone completed both of these and what was your experience?
Thanks!

It sounds like you're generally quite fit. If you're finding level 1 too easy then just skip to level 2 now.0

Yeah I would suggest you skip to level 2 (or 3) or just switch to another workout entirely if it's too easy for you. 30DS is a lot more newbie oriented than T250
