If you are reading this you are already thinking of making the first step to a healthy lifestyle.
Most of the struggle to get through any workout program is NOT doing the actual workout but rather mentally committing yourself to it and having accountability.
That is the point of this Challenge/Support Group.
We will ALL work together through the struggle everyday offering encouragement, as well as helpful advice throughout the program.
It doesn't matter where you are at physically we are all just people working to reach our health and fitness goals. What better way to do it than with a support system standing besides you from Day 0 to Day 90 and BEYOND!!!!
Back in October I had a horrible ankle/foot injury which restricted me for exercising until late December/early January. Along with this I know just as well as you do the holidays changed our healthy eating habits and NOW IS THE TIME TO CHANGE!!!!
If you step away from this thread thinking this isn't for me you already told yourself you CAN'T DO IT but I promise you YOU CAN!!!
I will be standing there with you at the finish line
I want to share a post I made last week for Transformation Tuesday.
Here was what I wrote
We all think of Transformation Tuesday in regards to physical change but I am focusing on mental and internal change.
Over the last several months I have worked to rid myself of my negative attributes. One of my biggest flaws was allowing stress to effect my negatively. This negative trait led to me becoming very physically sick and I found the realization I was sick because of this stress. So I taught myself positive thinking and removing the unnecessary stress in my life. Exercise became my outlet to "blow off some steam" and created a gateway to bettering my health and my attitude. I have worked hard to change myself because I saw what needed to be fixed so I changed my ways. My attitude is much more positive and I no longer let the stress get to me.
The old saying "you are only as strong as your weakest teammate" can similarly be applied to mental, physical and emotional state: "YOU ARE ONLY AS STRONG AS YOUR WEAKEST ATTRIBUTE"
So let's make this change together!!!
What's your excuse?
