Whole Grain Chocolate Biscotti

I made these with all white whole wheat flour, subbed evoo for the butter, decreased the sugar to 1/2 C and omitted the chocolate chips in the cookie. I also added a few shakes of cardamom and ginger. They're great and a healthy and filling breakfast treat.
