Looking for the Me I know!

I have just not been feeling like myself lately. I just need to figure out how to get back to the old me. I would like to lose 30 pounds in a healthy, non-obsessive not stressful way. Im not big on exercise which is part of what has caused me to gain the weight. Any encouragement would be much appreciated. Thanks and good luck to all in your fitness goals!

    Welcome to the site and it is possible to lose it with just the healthy eating... Why not try a new form of exercise in walking around and around the shops looking at all the nice clothes you'll be able to wear when your the size you want to be. Good luck x
  • Good IIdea loopybec2002. I can def walk around the mall briskly or just around the neighborhood to see the nice houses just in case I want to buy soon! Thanks!
