Hi Everyone!
I used MFP off and on several times over the past couple of years. Recently, I have gotten back on track with forming a healthy lifestyle. I am down 15 pounds from my highest ever weight, and I am looking to lose about 90-95 more.
I enjoy working out with a mix of Hip Hop Abs and P90X. My nutrition is really my biggest weak point.
This is the time that these changes are going to stick. I'm still young, and now is the time to make the habits to carry me through the rest of my life. I would love to meet some people with similar goals, or who have accomplished similar goals for motivation and support, who I can also help to encourage.
