New to MFP :)

Joined a few weeks ago and just noticed the community section. Two years ago I decided I needed a change. Through trial and error I've lost about 28 pounds. I'm on the last 5 pounds and am struggling a bit to take it off (mostly I think do to will power lol). So I'm really going to try and stick to my guns and get that last 5 pounds off. I think I changed my food journal to open so if anyone wants to take a look and comment I'd appreciate any advice or comments :)

    Boring to say but, steady exercise and everything in moderation would be all i'd say.
