Is it possible to get toned up in 3 months?

Hello. Im already thin and happy with my weight so no need to lose.. im 117-120 pounds and from losing so much weight i guess i just have excess skin or something. I can see my ab muscles but on the bottom of my tummy i have a little bit of saggy skin. Also, my legs are not toned and my butt isnt lifted. I am going on vacation in 3 months and im wondering if i do pilates 6 days a week (blogilates) and eat extremely healthy (one cheat meal) will i be able to be toned up? I dont mean rock hard abs, i really just want to get rid of that pooch on my lower tummy. Its barely noticeable but still, its not completely flat. I also want to tone my legs and butt a lot! Thanks!
