Success raising metabolism by increasing calories?

Hey - I've been looking to increase my metabolism and calorie intake for quite some time now. I feel like my metabolism has gotten to a point where I am plateaued and gain/don't lose weight at a stupidly low intake even while exercising every day. This is not sustainable, but I'd really like to hear any success stories from people in my position who successfully increased their metabolism and started losing weight by eating MORE calories. Thank you

I am very interested to hear what you find out. I've plateaued with 1200, super clean eating, calorie days and exercising 5 days a week. I'm trying to workout 4 or 5 times a week and calorie cycled and carb cycle. Specifically, the days I work out, I'm aiming for 1800 calories and will allow some carbs. The days I don't work out, I'm thinking more like 1400 and no carbs. I have just started and I've been struggling to adjust to the change, but I'm getting better. It's hard to go from eating 1200 to eating 1800. I know I've lost inches but will weigh in Friday to see if I lost any pounds.
If you have an open diary and like to be motivated and like to motivate back...please, feel free to add me. I'm wishing you luck no your journey!0
