I am back on mfp. I joined originally in 2011. I lost and gained and lost and gained again. So here I am. I am refusing to see 200 ever again in my life. I am just barely hanging on in ONEderland. I am a stay at home mom to a 2.5 year old and 3mo. old. When I get stressed i eat A LOT and it is usually of the sweet variety. That makes it pretty obvious why I have gained again.
My preference over calorie counting is carb allowance. I can have 30 g. for breakfast. 30 g. for snacks between meals and before bed. For lunch and dinner I get 60 g. each. I had great success with this in the past. I was on the same diet when pregnant with gestational diabetes. I lost my whole pregnancy both times. I can do it, but I know that I need God's help and why my tag line says "Praying my way to my goals."
Just finished reading Candace Cameron Bure's book "Reshaping It All." It was a great read. I will have to post some of my favorite thoughts from the book soon.
