T25 nutrition plan?

I think I heard that they give you an option for 1200-1600 calories. Is that true? That seems to be little considering your body will need to be fuelled to do the routines. Do they do it the MFP way by eating back your calories? I'm currently on 1926 calories (TDEE method)!

    You're right. That's what they tell you to eat. I was eating between 1400-1600 for my first 3 weeks (I wasn't logging my food and trying to lower my carb intake). I lost NO weight and for 2 weeks have been eating 1900 calories a day. I'mm still not losing so I may have to go to the dr

    T25 is not as much about weight loss but more about inch loss. I've only done Alpha round before Xmas and lost huge amounts on each part of body. Weight wise- lost 2lbs in 5 weeks which is not a great number for 5 weeks.

    However, daily recommended kcal intake for women is 2000kcal, so if you are looking to lose weight, 1900kcal intake won't cut it for sure.

    I didn't lose any weight while doing T25 until I started logging and following my MFP calorie goals.

    I'm 30, 5'6, 192 lbs

    I'm also going to the dr to get tests done for my thyroid. I would hate if I worked another 5 weeks and got no results (I'm W1D3 of beta)

    just keep pressing play..I did 21 weeks of turbo fire and didnt lose a pound..i may of lost an inch or two but thats about it..and i have been searching for answers as to why i wasnt losing...i lost more inches in the first 5 weeks of t25..then TF altogether..I havent lost anything in the new phase..i've actually gained a few pounds..which doesnt surprise me i did with TF..i do eat a little differently now then i did when I was on TF..I'm eating about 1687 calories..when I asked here about calories when i was on TF I got so many numbers..I was majorly confused..I wear a bodymedia..and have since the summer...I'm in a deficient and still its not falling off me..

    I think what I'm trying to say here..just keep pressing play..even though I cant say oh look I lost 30lbs on t25!! but I'm doing them..i'm doing more now health wise..then I was before...i would of never been able to get through t25 if it wasnt for those weeks doing TF
