I am very happy that I lose 60 pounds after my sleeve surgery, It was a 6months ago after my surgery by PlacidWay who there to help me settle an appointment. But today, I still don’t have any diet plan how to maintain my weight, do you guys can help me what is the best diet plan?

There is a maintenance setting on MFP, put in your weight and set you calories for that and you should be good to go. Are you doctors not helping you with this?0
