My Free Personal Training Session Tomorrow

So I'm finally back at the gym after an injury and my gym offers one free session per month. Currently, I've been doing only cardio 5xs per week. It's been over a year since I've done weight training, so I need some help getting a good weight routine going. I'm looking to tone my body and look as lean as possible. I need to lose about 25lbs.

Does anyone have some advise about what to ask for? Ideally, I would like to weight train 3xs per week.

    Ask him to show you how to perform the lifts from stronglifts. You may need more than one session, but that should point you in the right direction

    or Starting strength, is your plan if you want a 3x a week lifting program.
