I do between 147 and 153 reps over 3 exercises per workout, depending on the week.

With 4 workouts per week this makes 588-612 reps per week.

    interesting topic.
Mine changes week to week since I'm following Wendler's 531 program.

Back when I ran SL5x5 it was either 185 reps over three compund lifts or 205 reps. All depending on the schedule for that week.

    I'm doing 5/3/1. On a typical 5 day:

    Warmup: 4x5 (20 reps)
    Worksets: 3x5 (15 reps)
    Joker Set: 1x5 (5 reps)
Boring But Big: 5x10 (50 reps)
    2 Accessory lifts: 5x10 (100 reps)

    So that's about 190 reps / workout. 4 workouts / week = 760 reps.

This volume is sufficient for strength gains on any caloric intake. It is also sufficient for muscle growth in a bulk. In a deficit, I cut back on the accessory work as the volume is too much and what's the point if I'm not bulking (unless I have a weak spot I need to work).

    derp- I've never even counted.
    I dont' have my book.

It would be different for every workout- legs tend to be 1 main lift- + 2 accessory.

    chest- 4 lifts
    back is like 6 + shoulders 3

all of them are usually 4-6 sets at 4-8 reps.

hhmmmm I don't have my book- cant' say- would be interesting to see for the week.
