Newly Motivated

Hi everyone! Just getting back to being serious in the weight loss and fitness game. A little about me, I'm 31 and love/hate to run. Had to have surgery on my hip last summer; torn labrum, snapping hip syndrome and fai and gained a whopping 20lbs recovering from that. I'm ready to get fit again and feel good about how I look. I ordered Insanity to help jump start things and motivate me. Anyone on here done it successfully? Any advice? Should be able to start it this weekend, actually extremely excited about it!
