Is this amount of calories for calorie cycling ok?

I'm 18, male, 6'2". I weigh about 80Kg, I want to get down to 75Kg, which is the lowest I can go while keeping it healthy. Since I only have 5Kg to go, it's getting harder to lose fat. I want to know if this calorie cycling diet is alright for me:

Monday 1600
Tuesday 1400
Wednesday 1900
Thursday 1300
Friday 1700
Saturday 1500
Sunday 2000

I think it has the proper amount of ups and downs, and it adds up to a 9000 weekly deficit. (I realize 7000 would be the ideal amount, but my metabolism has gone low enough)

What do you think?
