Does anyone else work at a bakery?

I work for QuikTrip at the bakery (just started this past weekend). I can wear my fitbit all of the other times except when I'm working there, i can keep it in my pocket, but that's not very accurate for when I'm moving around, lifting, etc. I could be standing in place for a long time, yet moving or lifting a lot. I'll be working there 4 days a week, anywhere from 5-8 hours.
My big ole question is, how in the HECK am i going to be able to accurately measure my calories burned so I'm eating the right amount?
Fitbit has a way to add exercise, and has light or moderate work for a bakery. I don't know if it's that accurate though.
HELP!!
