Been losing weight and getting fitter

Hi
I am a 48 year old Male and in January 2013 I was 19 stone 1 lb (267lb)
At the time of writing this I weigh 14 stone (196), weight loss has been attributed to creating a calorie deficit and exercise
In Jan 2013 I took the decision to go on a diet/change my life and dropped 1 stone in the first month, I then started the NHS couch to 5k running program and set a target to run the 10 mile Great South in October of 2013
I ran the 10 miles in 1 hour 43 minutes without stopping, an achievement I am really proud of.
I have difficulty getting under 200lb and losing the belly fat
I use Myfitness app to watch the calories in and track my exercise
Happy to help and be helped to achieve goals
